Haley Rodarte

Haley Rodarte has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Bartender and Manager at Waterloo Ice House since June 2014. Prior to this role, Haley worked as a Supervisor at FireFish Grill from October 2012 to June 2014, where responsibilities included training new servers, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining a safe environment. Additionally, Haley served as an Academic Services Coordinator at UC Santa Cruz for a brief period in 2014, arranging testing accommodations for students and managing departmental systems. Earlier experience includes working as a Server/Hostess at Darden from June 2008 to August 2012. Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed between 2010 and 2013.
