Naveed Ali

Naveed Ali, MHSc, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in business development and commercial operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development at Waterloo Regional Health Network since April 2025, Naveed previously held the position of Director of Business Development and Commercial Operations at Grand River Hospital, where responsibilities included managing a $20 million business portfolio and pioneering Canada's first Meds to Beds program. Naveed also operates as Franchise Area Developer/Owner for Code Ninjas in Waterloo and Kitchener since October 2019. With prior experience as Key Accounts Manager at Pfizer, Naveed has a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships. Educational credentials include a Master's in Health Administration from the University of Toronto, an MBA with a focus on Marketing from Saint Mary's University, and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology from the University of Dundee.
