Lisa Bundy, CHRL, CEBS, currently serves as the Manager of Total Compensation and HR Systems at Waterloo Regional Police Service since March 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Compensation Analyst for the City of Cambridge Ontario from June 2019 to March 2022 and as a Classification & Compensation Consultant at Conestoga College from October 2018 to June 2019. Lisa's extensive experience includes various positions at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, where roles included Compensation Analyst and Attendance Management Analyst, among others, from May 2005 to October 2018. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from McMaster University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
