Erin Vandahl

Erin Vandahl has a substantial background in strategic planning and research within law enforcement and community services. Currently serving as a Strategic Planner at Waterloo Regional Police Service since August 2008, Erin previously held positions as a Research Analyst Planner and a Social Planning Associate at the Region of Waterloo. Erin also served as the Communication Director for the Ontario Association of Law Enforcement Planners, supporting a network of nearly 200 law enforcement planners across Ontario, from May 2017 to August 2018. Earlier experience includes working as a Researcher at the Centre for the Study of Commercial Activity. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Spatial Analysis from Ryerson University, a Project Management certificate from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Education in Geography from Lakehead University.
