Geraldine L. Stafford serves as the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Waterloo Regional Police Service since July 2022, advancing initiatives to promote inclusivity within the organization. Prior to this role, Geraldine was a member of the Anti-Racism Advisory Working Group for the Region of Waterloo from November 2020 to July 2022, contributing to efforts aimed at eliminating systemic racism. Geraldine has extensive experience in management, notably as Senior Manager at Bell Canada from February 2011 to July 2022, where responsibilities included negotiating infrastructure agreements. Additionally, Geraldine owned and operated Pardons etc., offering pro bono services to youth with criminal records from January 2010 to July 2022. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Criminology from Western University, a Master of Laws from York University, and specialization in Corporate Law Practices from Algonquin College.
