Jeff Allison, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Coordinator Client Services/Project Management at Waterloo Regional Police Service since April 2018, Jeff also contributes as a Volunteer Firefighter for Southwest Oxford Emergency Services since July 2010. Prior roles include Projects Manager - Corporate at Lanier Healthcare Canada, Process Management Consultant at Sutherland Schultz Inc., and Program Manager at SIEMENS VDO Automotive, where Jeff oversaw significant commercial negotiations and account management. An international assignment in France provided additional experience in project and program management for North American accounts.
