Andrea Baldecchi Feldman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrea currently holds the position of Vice President of Marketing - Innovation, Consumer Insights, and Business Development at Waterloo Sparkling Water. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Strategy Consultant at Martellus, LLC, where they provided subject matter expertise and helped companies accelerate time to market.

Andrea also has significant experience in brand strategy and advisory. Andrea co-founded It Will Bloom, an advisory firm and brand incubator that offered brand strategy advisory and operating expertise to consumer brands. Andrea served as a Brand Strategy Advisor and provided project management and operational support in areas such as marketing, innovation, and go-to-market strategy.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Andrea was the Co-founder and CEO of PURE BioDerm, a clean skincare brand. Andrea co-founded the brand with dermatologists and oversaw its operations for three years. Andrea also served as a Mentor at The Refinery CT, where they provided guidance and support to aspiring professionals.

Earlier in their career, Andrea held positions at Coty and Kraft, where they gained extensive experience in brand management and new product development. At Coty, they were a Brand Director responsible for marketing and brand management across multiple brands. Andrea also worked as a Senior Brand Manager for adidas Personal Care and Fragrance portfolio.

Andrea began their career at JP Morgan as an Internal Consulting Analyst, where they provided strategic support within the organization.

Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated expertise in areas such as brand strategy, marketing, innovation, and business development. Andrea'sroles have involved P&L management, team leadership, and delivering measurable results for companies.

Andrea Baldecchi Feldman has a strong educational background in business, with a focus on marketing and finance. Andrea obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from NYU Stern School of Business between 2002 and 2004, specializing in marketing and finance. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in finance from 1994 to 1998.
