Kathy Maurella began their work experience in 1996 with Nabisco Biscuit Company, where they worked in supply chain management until 2000. Kathy then joined Kraft and held various roles as a Brand Manager, Senior Associate Brand Manager, and Assistant Brand Manager until 2004. From 2004 to 2007, Kathy worked as the Director of Marketing at Atkins Nutritionals. Starting in 2007, they established their own company, KJM Marketing Inc, where they served as the Brand/Strategy consultant. In this role, they managed clients in multiple industries and was responsible for creating category assessments, developing marketing plans, and conducting consumer research and insights. Most recently, Kathy joined Waterloo Sparkling Water as the Chief Marketing Officer in 2020.
Kathy Maurella completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University, graduating in 1996. Kathy then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Rutgers University, from 1997 to 2001. Prior to their higher education, Kathy attended High School, although specific dates and fields of study are not provided.
