Art Waterman, PMP, LEED AP

Art Waterman, PMP, LEED AP, currently serves as the VP of Operations at Waterman Construction. Prior to this role, Art gained experience as a Project Manager and Estimator at iConstruct, Inc, Journeyman Construction, and CB Richard Ellis. Art began their career as an Assistant Foreman/Intern at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors and worked their way up to roles such as Lead Project Manager at Project Control of Texas and Senior Project Manager at CB Richard Ellis. Art holds a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
