Eli Ainapore

Eli joined Waterman Stern in the role of an associate headhunter. Eli takes a leading role in junior M&A, NPL and Real Estate hires alongside his involvement in core credit search mandates across Direct Lending, CLOs and Special Sits. Eli's background in biomedical sciences ties well with his research efforts for Waterman Stern. Eli spends his time developing our research offering, candidate screening, managing transaction execution and general candidate resourcing. Eli holds a biomedical science degree from the University of Reading, his dissertation focused on a meta-analysis on the potential medical benefits of cannabinoids. His time spent studying biomedical sciences prior to joining Waterman Stern has provided Eli with a strong analytical prowess, a sharp eye for detail and allowed him to specialise in developing independent research. Eli has always possessed a natural disposition towards sales and finance.
