Sandy Pumphrey

Sandy Pumphrey is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in engineering and management within various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Watermark Engineering Resources since April 2024, Sandy previously held roles such as Project/Group Manager and Project Manager at HR Green, Inc. from October 2020 to April 2024. Additionally, involvement with the Iowa Floodplain and Stormwater Management Association as Board Secretary and Chairperson from April 2016 to March 2024 showcases Sandy's commitment to community and environmental management. Previous experience includes significant positions at the City of Cedar Rapids, where responsibilities encompassed flood mitigation and development services management, as well as leadership roles at Bridgehaven Pregnancy Support Center. Sandy's educational foundation includes a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with Management from the University of Birmingham earned between 1998 and 2003.
