Joe MacKie

Joe Mackie serves as the Director of Project Management and Technical Services at Watermark Insights since November 2015, leading global teams in delivering successful SaaS implementations for higher education institutions. Responsibilities include strategic oversight of the Project Management Office (PMO) and Engineering Services, with a focus on client onboarding and quality delivery. Mackie's experience encompasses a range of roles at Watermark, where achievements include revamping implementation processes to reduce Time to Value (TTV) and overseeing multiple medium to large-scale software projects. Prior to Watermark, Mackie worked as a Corporate Trainer and Retention Manager at XSport Fitness, where a strong emphasis was placed on employee training and customer service. Joe Mackie holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Aurora University.
