Franklin Casper

Franklin Casper is currently working as an Intelligence Analyst at Calhoun International, Inc. and as a Criminal Justice Records Analyst at Watermark Risk Management International, LLC. Prior to these roles, Franklin served as a Federal Police Officer at the United States Department of Defense and as a Corrections Officer at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
