Stephen Padgett

Stephen Padgett is a seasoned professional in the field of nuclear weapons management with over a decade of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Site Lead and Nuclear Weapons Exercise Specialist at Watermark Risk Management International, LLC since October 2017, Stephen previously held multiple key positions in the United States Air Force from April 2008 to October 2017, including Air Force Nuclear Weapons Career Field Manager, Nuclear Weapons MAJCOM Functional Manager, and Superintendent of Quality Assurance. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in History from Excelsior University and an Associate of Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
