Soham Pablo

Soham Pablo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pre-sales and sales engineering roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as the GTM Lead at Watermelon Software Inc, Soham focuses on enhancing software reliability for enterprises. Prior to this, leadership positions at DataRobot included Presales Team Lead and Presales Engineer, with a concentration on the APAC market and MLOps. Soham also held significant roles at AppDynamics as Sales Engineering Manager and Team Lead, driving revenue growth and team performance in Asia. Earlier experiences at BMC Software, Wipro, and other companies involved articulating business value and supporting sales efforts, culminating in substantial revenue increases. Soham holds a PGPM in IT Management from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Goa University.
