Mike Gallagher

Mike Gallagher has extensive work experience in senior executive roles within the retail, restaurant, and service industries. Mike is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Watermill Express, where they have achieved remarkable results by enhancing the performance and profitability of the company. Prior to this, Mike served as the Chief Development Officer at NPC International, overseeing all major capital investment decisions and business development initiatives. Mike also held the role of Vice President of Development at Sonic Drive-In, responsible for corporate real estate, construction, architecture/design, and facilities management. Before that, Mike worked at Arby's Restaurant Group as the Sr. Director of Franchise Services, approving development agreements and screening new franchise candidates. Mike began their career as a Senior Management Consultant at RE/MAX International, where they provided recruitment and retention strategies to grow the customer base and streamline operational processes.
