Dustin Keltner

Dustin Keltner is an accomplished GIS Analyst with extensive experience in various roles within the geographic information systems field. Currently employed at WaterOne since 2021, Dustin utilizes the ESRI suite to create applications for internal use and has obtained a Part 107 license for drone imagery. Previous roles include positions at BHC RHODES and Black & Veatch, where Dustin contributed to major projects by preparing permit prints, data for management presentations, and production of engineering drawings. Dustin's earlier career included a GIS internship at Douglas County GIS Department and a decade-long tenure as a Social Studies Teacher, where Dustin developed curricula and coached athletic teams. Dustin holds a Postbaccalaureate Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Penn State University, a Master of Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and two Bachelor of Science degrees from Kansas State University in Secondary Education and History.
