Victoria Johnson serves as the Global Equity Director at HDR, where leadership is provided for the Equity Advisory Services Practice, focusing on integrating equity and justice priorities in various governmental agencies. In addition to this role, Victoria is a member of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee for the ACWA Foundation and an Executive Committee member and advisor for the National Skills Coalition, contributing to national infrastructure initiatives, including the Bipartisan Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act. Additional positions include Vice Chair of the National Membership Committee for the Airport Minority Advisory Council, advisory board member at the WaterRising Institute, and board member for the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Jacobs, with a focus on social value and equity, and at Brown and Caldwell in strategic pursuits. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & English from Purdue University.
