Martin Tipker

Martin Tipker is an experienced HSE Specialist with a focus on TA&Projects in Marine and Diving, currently working at Shell's "Diving Excellence" since October 2013. Additionally, Martin serves as a dijkwacht for Waterschap Hollandse Delta since January 2014. Previous roles include HSE Inspector at Shell Pernis from April 2010 to October 2013, HSSE Inspector for Kempvis from 2008 to 2011, and HSE-Q Safety Supervisor at Shell from 1988 until April 2010. Martin has also held HSEQ positions at Air Liquide between 2007 and 2009. Educational qualifications include a PA/2 safety degree from PVI (2003-2004) and ongoing studies as a Specialist in Dangerous Goods at STC since 2013.
