Jasper Boter

Jasper Boter is an experienced interim program and project leader currently engaged with MRM Interim & Advies since March 2023, focusing on strategic assignments within local government. In parallel, Jasper serves as a member of the General Board for Waterschap Hunze en Aa's and has taken on the role of list leader for the VVD in the waterboard elections. Additional responsibilities include membership on the supervisory board of Stichting Kinderopvang Haren and serving as the chair of Stichting Sporttalent Noord. Previously, Jasper held the position of senior project leader at gemeente Smallingerland, where project work concentrated on spatial planning and related legislation. Jasper has also served as a city council member for gemeente Groningen and has teaching experience in administrative and labor law at Hanze University of Applied Sciences. A background in law, with a Master's degree from the University of Groningen, complements Jasper’s professional trajectory.
