Els Dijkstra

Els Dijkstra is a professional with a focus on environmental and infrastructure planning, holding a Master's degree from the University of Groningen. Currently serving as a Projectmedewerker at Waterschap Noorderzijlvest since May 2024, Els previously worked as an Adviseur Planvorming at Arcadis from March 2023 to March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Onderzoeksstagiaire at Stichting Toegepast Onderzoek Waterbeheer STOWA and a Secretary position at Geo Promotion.
