Esther Ellens-Dotinga

Esther Ellens-Dotinga is an experienced legal professional and integral coach, currently serving as a Coach and Coördinator juridische zaken/Senior jurist at Waterschap Noorderzijlvest since October 2013. In this role, Esther coordinates the legal team's activities, prioritizes tasks, ensures quality and progress, and is responsible for the development and implementation of an annual plan. Additionally, Esther has been coaching for personal growth and development at Coachhuis Het Hogeland since January 2020. Previous experience includes various legal roles at Waterschap Noorderzijlvest, Gemeente Groningen, Informatie Beheer Groep, and a law firm. Esther holds a Master's degree in law from the University of Groningen and has completed several coaching and management training programs, including certifications in integral coaching, change management, stress and burnout guidance, and career coaching. Further education includes a system coaching certification from Bert Hellingerinstituut.
