Julia Finkielsztajn

Julia Finkielsztajn is an experienced professional currently serving as a member of SER Topvrouwen and as a Director of Wastewater Chain and Digital Information at Waterschap Noorderzijlvest. In the latter role, Julia collaborates with fellow directors and acts as a key point of contact for daily management. Julia is also involved in the Working Group on Business Operations, Digitalization, and Services within the Union of Water Authorities. Previous roles include Manager of Real Estate at Woongroep Marenland and Board Member of Vastgoedrapportage Groningen Assen, where Julia contributed to increasing transparency in real estate. Julia's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management & Economics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from West Pomeranian University of Technology. Julia has also taken leadership courses and is trained as a mediator.
