Oomke Frans

Oomke Frans has over three decades of experience in the technical and project management fields, primarily in water management and engineering. Since May 2001, Oomke has served as the Technisch manager at Waterschap Noorderzijlvest, overseeing significant projects such as the central sewage treatment facility in Gaarkeuken, the replacement of chamber filter presses in Garmerwolde, and the dike improvement project from Eemshaven to Delfzijl. Prior to this role, Oomke worked at Tebodin from September 1989 to May 2001, holding positions such as Projectleider Elektro-en Besturingstechniek and Instrumentation Engineer/Projectmanager. Oomke holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen and degrees in Technische Bedrijfskunde and Elektrotechniek from Hanze University.
