Joost Borgers

Joost Borgers is an experienced technical manager at Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe since September 2008, where the focus is on enhancing technical calculations through knowledge and opportunity. Previous roles include positions as an ing. at Deltares (2009-2010) and geographical analyst at Waterschap Groot Salland (April 2002 - October 2008), concentrating on environmental improvement and process enjoyment. Earlier experience consists of serving as a GIS operator at ARCADIS (February 2000 - April 2002), coordinating surveys for the city council of Deventer and reconstructing the 'Oude IJssel' in Doetinchem, as well as at Tauw (May 1995 - February 2000).
