Wouter Steensma

Wouter Steensma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe since January 2012, currently serving as Team Leader Quality, Occupational Health and Environment (KAM), overseeing the team's operations and ensuring high-quality service within the organization. Previous roles include Asset Manager ad interim, Advisor, Team Coordinator for water purification initiatives, Coach for personal and professional development, and Process Technologist setting standards for water management objectives. Wouter has a strong foundation in process operations, managing goals for a purification region and engaging with innovative technologies. Prior to this, Wouter worked as a Process Coordinator at Waterschap Veluwe and holds an MSc in Business Administration from Radboud Management Academy, alongside a BAS in Chemical Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Continued education includes specialized training in water management and process technology.
