Carlton McMillan

Carlton McMillan is currently the Head of Finance & Internal Operations at Watershed. Prior to this, they served as the Director - Finance, Operations and Development at Airbnb from May 2012 to April 2022. In this role, Carlton led cross-functional teams supporting Airbnb.org, including finance, development, customer support and trust.

Before their time at Airbnb, Carlton was an Assurance Supervisor at Frazier & Deeter, LLC from August 2007 to April 2012. Frazier & Deeter is an Atlanta based accounting and financial advisory firm that provides assurance, tax and consultative services globally.

Carlton McMillan has extensive experience in finance and operations, making him a valuable asset to any organization. Their experience leading cross-functional teams will be especially helpful in their current role at Watershed.

Carlton McMillan has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is certified as a public accountant from the Georgia State Board of Accountancy (inactive).

Their manager is Taylor Francis, Co-Founder. They work with Ellen Moeller - Head of Europe, Lee Byron - Product Engineering Lead, and Tara Seshan - Head of Product.
