Jack Underhill

Jack Underhill has an extensive background in outdoor education, client services, and scientific research. Currently serving in a growth role at Watershed since February 2023, Jack previously worked as a Client Services Associate at AlphaSights. Jack's experience at Colgate University includes mentoring Outdoor Education trainees, facilitating backcountry outings, and leading various outdoor classes. As Head Setter at the Angert Family Climbing Wall, responsibilities involved maintaining climbing routes and enhancing community engagement. Jack also contributed to social justice initiatives as a member of the Tredecim Honor Society and gained research experience in both the Physics and Chemistry Departments, focusing on biomineralization and optical geometry. Jack holds honors degrees in Molecular Biology and Philosophy from Colgate University.
