Jackson Stiles has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jackson started their career as a Docent at the Rice University Art Gallery in 2016, providing guided tours and educating visitors on art exhibits. In 2017, they joined Rice University as a Research Assistant, conducting literature research and performing elemental analysis using specialized equipment. Additionally, they worked as a GIS Analyst at the Rice University GIS/Data Center, assisting faculty with research and teaching weekly GIS classes.

In 2018, Jackson took on an Environmental Consulting Internship at Waterstone Environmental, Inc., where they compiled chemical and historical information and conducted fieldwork to collect environmental samples. Subsequently, in 2019, they became a Summer Associate at EY-Parthenon, analyzing the oil and gas market and conducting market positioning analysis for Oil Field Services companies. Jackson then joined EY-Parthenon as an Associate in 2020, working on various consulting projects.

Jackson Stiles attended Arcadia High School from 2012 to 2016. After high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science/Geochemistry at Rice University from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Nanyang Technological University Singapore for a brief period. In terms of additional certifications, they completed various courses including "Introduction to SQL" from DataCamp in December 2021, "Sustainability Science – A Key Concept for Future Design" from the University of Tokyo in July 2020, and multiple Python-related certifications from Coursera in 2020. Jackson also obtained the "Doerr Leadership Coaching" from The Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University in March 2017 and received the "OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER Trained" certification from OSHA in April 2018.
