Jon Goldberg

Jon Goldberg's work experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Watershed since 2022, where they are involved in building a platform to help companies understand their carbon footprint and achieve carbon neutrality. Prior to this, they worked as a Staff Engineer at Dropbox from 2013 to 2020. Jon also served as a Principal Engineer at A9.com, specifically in the Amazon CloudSearch team, from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, Jon held the position of Director of Software Development at Oracle for a brief period in 2008. Before that, they worked as a Principal Architect at Tacit Software from 1999 to 2008. Jon's early work experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer/Architect at Borland from 1996 to 1999, where they contributed to the design and implementation of major features for VisiBroker, an object-oriented middleware.

Jon Goldberg completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University between 1990 and 1994. Jon then pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science, specializing in Database Design, from Stanford University from 1994 to 1996.
