Tzvetelina Tzeneva

Tzvetelina Tzeneva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies.

Tzvetelina is currently working as a Software Engineer at Watershed since 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at Twitter from 2015 to 2022, where they held multiple positions. As a Staff Software Engineer, they served as the Tech Lead for the ML Platform team, overseeing the development of the Twitter Feature Store product. Tzvetelina also worked on projects related to personalization data and controls, collaborating with Legal to implement personalization control measures. Tzvetelina also served as the Tech Lead for the Identity Bridging team.

Before Twitter, Tzvetelina worked at TellApart from 2013 to 2015 as a Software Engineer. Here, they were responsible for building AWS-based infrastructure for real-time bidding and data collection. Tzvetelina also developed job launching frameworks and data pipelines for big-scale machine learning and report generation.

Tzvetelina started their career at Oracle in 2010 as a Software Engineering Intern. Tzvetelina later worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff, focusing on application performance management, heap dump analysis, and memory leak detection. Tzvetelina also contributed to the integration of acquired products into Enterprise Manager Grid Control.

In 2009, Tzvetelina participated in the Google Summer of Code program, working on developing a new document comparison algorithm for Open Office Writer.

Throughout their career, Tzvetelina has gained experience in various programming languages and technologies, including Python, Java, Cascading/Hadoop, Hive, MySQL, Redis, Thrift, and C++.

Tzvetelina Tzeneva attended Sofia High School of Mathematics from 1999 to 2007, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Mathematics. Later, they pursued their higher education at Princeton University, from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics.
