Michael Greenberg

Michael Greenberg is an experienced business development executive in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Watershed Therapeutics since May 2024, where the focus is on advancing a drug/device combination delivery system for bladder cancer and recurrent urinary tract infections. Previously, Michael held various leadership roles including Acting Head of Business at Satsuma Pharmaceuticals and CODA Biotherapeutics, as well as Vice President at Neurona Therapeutics, where a successful $43 million Series D fundraising effort was executed. With extensive experience in business development and alliance management across multiple companies, including a significant tenure at MPM Capital, Michael has a proven track record in drug licensing, due diligence, and strategic partnerships. Academic credentials include an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Columbia Business School and a BA from Tufts University.
