Rich Tucker has extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Rich began their career at First Mortgage Company in 2008 as Vice President - Operations, where they worked for nearly a decade. In 2017, they joined Academy Mortgage Corporation as the Regional Operations Manager for a year. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, a position they have held since July 2020. Additionally, they also hold the role of Senior Vice President - Loan Operations at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, a position they have held since July 2018.
Rich Tucker earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma from 1990 to 1994. Rich later pursued higher education at the University of Central Oklahoma, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business/Finance from 2000 to 2005.
