Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is an experienced mortgage professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Producing Branch Manager at Guild Mortgage since December 2018 in Madison, Ryan also holds the position of Branch Manager and Loan Originator at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, where tenure includes a commitment to building strong relationships within the Wisconsin market since 2009. Prior to these roles, Ryan was the Branch Manager at First Choice Mortgage from May 2002 to February 2009. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1994 to 1997 and graduation from Sparta High School in 1994.
