Erica Huerta

Erica Huerta has extensive experience in community management and property management, currently serving as a Community Manager at Waterton since February 2019, following a tenure as an Assistant Community Manager. Prior roles include Assistant Property Manager and Administrative Assistant at TMG Management from March 2017 to February 2019, and Administrative Assistant at Smith Research, Inc. from October 2012 to March 2017. Erica also held a brief position as an Account Executive at Exact Data in 2015 and worked as a Server at The Peninsula Hotels in early 2015. Erica is pursuing a degree at the University of Iowa and holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College.
