Jacob Schumaker

Jacob Schumaker, ARM, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Waterton since June 2024. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Jacob has held significant roles such as Vice President of Operations - Midwest at RPM Living and Vice President of Property Management at Akara Partners, LLC.
