Raseel Ghoul

Raseel Ghoul is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in investment and management consulting. Currently serving as an Investor and Venture Scholar at Watertower Ventures since June 2025, Raseel is also an MBA candidate at The Wharton School, where studies are ongoing from July 2024 to May 2026. Previously, Raseel worked at Kearney from October 2020 to July 2024, progressing from Business Analyst Intern to Business Analyst, and later to Associate. Earlier experience includes a business technology analyst internship at Deloitte Canada in 2019 and a business analyst internship at Kearney in 2018. Raseel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Strategic Management and a concentration in Information Systems from McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, completed in December 2019.
