John Mock

John Mock has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and IT industries. Starting in 2006 at A Bit Above LLC as a Workflow Specialist, they developed web applications and provided custom Crystal Reports. John then worked at Watertown Regional Medical Center as a Clinical Help Desk Specialist and later as a Customer Service Associate, where they enhanced patient care and supported users in various modules. In 2012, they were an NPR/DR Consultant at Iatric Systems, creating reports for MEDITECH Magic, C/S, and 6.0. From 2013 to 2015, they owned and served as the Principal Solutions Architect at Medical Information Solutions, LLC, working on electronic records optimization for healthcare organizations.
