Richard Keddington, FACHE has extensive work experience in healthcare management. Richard served as the Chief Executive Officer of Watertown Regional Medical Center, a 95-bed hospital, 60+ provider practice, a joint venture cancer center, and a clinically integrated network. During their tenure, the hospital achieved Medicare Five Star rating, LeapFrog A recognition, and was listed as a Top 100 Rural Hospital. Prior to this, they worked as the Hospital CEO at Select Medical Corporation and as an Administrator at BRP Health Management Systems, Inc./Mini-Cassia Care Center and North American Health Care. Richard also held the position of Hospital COO & Interim CEO at Select Medical Corporation.

Richard Keddington, FACHE has a diverse education history which spans over several years. Richard completed their Masters of Applied Science in Population Health Management at The Johns Hopkins University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Idaho State University, which they attended from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Richard holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Brigham Young University, where they studied Sociology with an emphasis in Research and Analysis and also pursued Business Administration. Richard attended Brigham Young University until 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Richard Keddington has achieved the following: Certified Professional in Patient Safety from the IHI, Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America, Executive Fellow from the Advisory Board, and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
