Eric Charbonneau

Eric Charbonneau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Strategic Project Manager within the PMO at Waterville TG Inc. since 2014, Eric also holds the title of Die Design and Extrusion Process Manager. Prior roles include Account Manager at MI Integration, and Continuous Improvement and Project Engineering Manager at Fempro I Inc., where oversight included management of production and continuous improvement departments. Eric's previous tenure at Waterville TG Inc. spanned from 1994 to 2010, involving key positions such as Mold Engineering and Technical Support Manager, Machine Design Manager, and Process Engineering Senior Manager. Eric holds a Graduate degree in Engineering Management from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, complemented by a background in Marine Biology from Dalhousie University.
