Becky Pickett

Becky Pickett is an accomplished communications leader with extensive experience in corporate and internal communications across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Communications and Head of Internal Communications for Wates Group since May 2022, Becky shapes and delivers internal communications strategies for multiple business units within the Construction Group. Previously, as the Head of Communications for the London and South region at Willmott Dixon from January 2016 to May 2022, Becky developed and implemented communication strategies while managing crisis communications and marketing campaigns. Becky has a rich background in internal communications from earlier roles at HSBC Invoice Finance and British Airways Holidays, demonstrating expertise in employee engagement, training, and stakeholder management. Becky holds a B-Tec National Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Northbrook College, Worthing.
