Gareth Neal

Gareth Neal has extensive experience in the commercial sector, serving as the Regional Commercial Director at Wates Group since July 1998, managing all commercial activities for the north west regional business. Prior to this role, Gareth was a Quantity Surveyor at Cegelec from July 1996 to September 1997, initially joining for a sandwich placement and extending employment briefly before returning to university. Gareth holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, where studies occurred from 1994 to 1998, and received earlier education at Lincoln Christ's Hospital School from 1985 to 1994.
