Heather Christie

Heather Christie is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Operations and Systems at Wates Group since September 2025. Previously, Christie held the position of HR Operations Manager for EMEA & APAC at Verisk, overseeing HR operations and implementing a new cloud HR system. With a strong background in HR services leadership at Cushman & Wakefield and project consultancy at the Civil Aviation Authority, Christie has successfully driven process improvements and optimized HR functions throughout a diverse career. Christie began professional experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Canadian Natural Resources Limited and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary.
