Matt Smith

Matt Smith is Wates Residential’s Pre-Construction Director. In his position, Matt oversees the pre-construction process from its earliest stage to the submission of tender documents.

This entails ensuring proposals deliver the right balance of quality and timely delivery to meet customer needs, and as part of this he is responsible for leading Cost Planning, Bid Management, Proposals Management and Graphic Design team members.
