Mike Bilko

Mike Bilko is an experienced Pre-Construction Director specializing in major projects within Wates Group since June 2015, focusing on the pre-construction phase of residential and commercial developments valued between £80m and £160m. Previously, Mike held roles at Shepherd Construction Ltd from September 2007 to June 2015, including Assistant Bid Manager and Graduate Work Winning Manager. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Construction Management from The University of Salford, where studies took place from 2007 to 2011, and completed secondary education at St John Plessington Technology College from 2000 to 2007.
