Paul Threader

Paul Threader serves as the Finance Director of Wates Property Services, overseeing financial operations for a division with a turnover exceeding £500 million and a workforce of 1,500 employees. Wates Property Services specializes in housing repairs, zero-carbon retrofitting services, and the management of commercial property assets. Prior to this role, Paul held finance director positions at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure, and Carillion, where responsibilities included management of finance within various sectors such as Defence, Local Government, and Education. Paul is an alumnus of London Business School and is also qualified with CIMA.
