Rosie Toogood

Rosie Toogood is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as CEO, Programme Director, and Non-Executive Director at Taking a Break since July 2023, Toogood also holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Severfield since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Toogood was a Board Advisor and CEO of Legal & General Modular Homes from June 2017 to July 2023. A significant portion of Toogood's career was spent at Rolls-Royce from June 1992 to June 2017, where numerous positions were held, including Business Development Director for Civil Aerospace and Programme Director for key engine programs supporting the Airbus A380 and A320. Toogood began professional training as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young from September 1988 to June 1992. Educated at prestigious institutions, Toogood holds an MBA in Strategy & Procurement from the University of Birmingham and participated in the Rolls-Royce Leadership Academy at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. A foundational degree in Chemistry with Materials Science was earned at the University of Liverpool.
