Amy Willcox-Smith has over 15 years of experience in housing and community engagement, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Customers and Communities at Watford Community Housing since December 2007. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing customer-facing teams that manage various aspects of general and supported housing, as well as community engagement and customer relations. Previous positions at Watford Community Housing include Head of Housing Operations and Head of Customer Relationships, where Amy focused on building relationships with tenants and leading customer service and community engagement initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Norwich City Council and Watford Borough Council, along with a brief tenure as a Senior Community Empowerment Officer at Home-Start Watford and Three Rivers. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Hertfordshire and A-level qualifications from City College Norwich.
