Adam Balletta is an experienced football coach with a diverse background in youth development and coaching at various levels. Currently serving as the U9-14 Lead Phase Coach and Foundation Phase Lead Coach at Watford Football Club since March 2018, Adam has held multiple roles including Core Programme Coordinator. Prior to this, Adam worked as the Foundation Phase Lead Coach at Stevenage Football Club from July 2015 to March 2018, focusing on U7-U12 players. Adam's coaching career began at Luton Town Football Club, where responsibilities included leading the U18 Football Development Programme and serving as Academy Lead Coach from August 2007 to July 2015. Additional coaching experience includes working with Hitchin Town Football Club and AVC Sports Ltd, alongside early roles at Stevenage Football Club. Adam holds a BTEC in Sports & Exercise Science from North Hertfordshire College.
