Dave Messenger

Dave Messenger has extensive experience in operations and leadership roles, primarily in the medical and sports industries. At Watford Football Club since July 2015, Dave has held multiple positions, including EDI Lead and Supporter Liaison & Disability Access Officer, focusing on equality, diversity, and disability access. Prior to this, Dave worked at Medtronic from January 2007 to May 2015, serving as Operations Manager, where the role involved optimizing inventory processes across multiple business divisions, managing supplier relationships, and supporting product launches. Dave also has experience in sales and contract management during earlier roles at Medtronic and in training and consultancy with VocaLink, where skills in process improvement and training delivery were honed. Education includes attendance at Queens School, Bushey.
